Betsy (she/her), an art history student at Vassar College, was intentional about developing her academic passions and living independently while studying abroad at DIS Stockholm.
Her fall semester in Sweden was fruitful – she sought out and completed an internship at a local art gallery, embraced a new style of experiential learning, and learned to navigate a sprawling city overseas. These endeavors grew her confidence and gave her a sense of careers in the art world that she might pursue in the future.
